What types of payments do you accept?
We accept the most common credit cards Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple pay and Google pay.
Is Shape Regime a safe website?
Our website is completely secure and you should have no worries about its security. All credit card information is transferred over a secure connection thanks to Shopify.
How do I know that my order has been placed and is being processed?
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after you have placed your order. That way, you know that we have received your order and are in the process of processing it.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment. The shipment is delivered by DAO.
I have ordered incorrectly - what do I do?
If you have ordered incorrectly, you can always try to send us an email and we can cancel your order. However, we pack until 16.00 on weekdays, so if you place an incorrect order after 16.00, your order has already been sent, which means that you unfortunately have to wait until you receive the order and send it back to us.
I have received the wrong order - what do I do?
If you have received the wrong order, please contact us and inform us of this with the order number and name. You must then return the order and place a new one.
My order hasn't arrived yet - can you tell me where it is?
You will receive a tracking number upon shipment so you can track and locate your package. You are also welcome to contact us and we can track your order for you.
My order was not in the parcel shop where I was supposed to pick it up - what should I do?
If your order is not in the parcel shop, it is because the maximum days allowed to keep your parcel have expired and your parcel is on its way back to us. You can place a new order and you will get your money back when the package is returned.
How do I return my order?
If you want to return an order, you can send us a request at post@shaperegime.no with your order number, and we will send you a return label. You must ensure that the products are properly packed and that they are in the same condition as they were received when you return them.
The product(s) I have received are broken/defective - what do I do?
If the products you have received suffer from a defect or are broken, please contact our customer service at post@shaperegime.no to raise the issue and send a photo of the products that are defective, and together we will make a decision on what to do forwards. If you can already ascertain the error at the time the carrier delivers the order, you should refuse to receive the product.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement without reason within 14 days after you have received the products in physical possession. Furthermore, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them. We offer free returns on the product(s) within 14 days.
