We have a 14-day open purchase period, which means that you have 14 days to request a return, regardless of whether the item was purchased online (right of withdrawal) or in store (exchange right).
To create a return, we recommend that you use our return center . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. You pay return shipping yourself. Goods sent back to us without first having requested a right of withdrawal or return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any questions about the right of withdrawal and return at e-mail.
Right of exchange
The right of exchange is not a statutory right, but we allow you to return/exchange your item within 14 days if you wish. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt that the item was purchased at Bad.no.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hygienic articles, outlet products or gift cards.
Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory right of withdrawal for all goods purchased over the internet or by telephone. You do not need to state any reason whatsoever for using the right of cancellation, but you must meet the deadline of 14 days. You can carefully open the packaging and examine the item. If you do extensive research, or the item is damaged, you may risk not getting the full amount back.
Report within the deadline
It is wise to use ours return center to inform us that you want to cancel. You have two weeks to report, and the countdown begins when you have received the item and all the information. The right of withdrawal form is always included with the order confirmation, which is sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

Return on time
Send or deliver the item to us within 14 days after you have notified us that you regretted it. If you do not comply with this deadline, you lose the right to return / right of withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must always be returned to Bad.no AS, Midtunhaugen 13a, 5224 Nesttun. Remember to mark the return with your return number or order number.
Who pays for the return
We don't charge any fees for you to regret it. You are entitled to get back the full amount you paid when entering into the contract, but you are the one who has to pay for the return. Information about this is provided in advance in the sales conditions.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it. Any redelivery of goods, as well as returns in the event of damage and complaints are covered by us.
Exemption from the right of withdrawal
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products and toilet seats). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Remember that it may take some time before the bank or credit card company also processes and posts the refund.
