Order item: 5-14 working days
The product is ordered directly from the manufacturer when the order is received. Delivery time may differ in some cases, e.g. when the manufacturer is temporarily out of stock or out of stock.

Made to order: 18+ working days
The product is produced in the factory when the order is received. A place is booked in the production queue, the item is produced, packed and shipped.

Shipping prices

The shipping price is calculated from the highest value of weight or volume (dm3). Remember that items with a large volume, such as showers, bathtubs and bathroom furniture are always delivered to the curb as heavier goods regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Shipping methods

Package in mailbox (climate neutral)
The package is sent as regular post and delivered to your mailbox. You will receive a notification that the package is on its way and when it has been delivered. If the package does not fit in the letterbox, you will receive an SMS or e-mail stating that the package can be picked up at the post office or "post in store". Typically used on small consignments under 2 kg.

Package to pick-up point (climate-neutral)
The package is delivered to the nearest delivery point, which is often a post office or shops with "post in store". The nearest delivery point is automatically selected according to the address provided. You will be notified when the package can be collected. Typically used on smaller shipments and packages under 35 kg.

Package delivered to home (climate neutral)
Home delivery to all households throughout the country between 8–17 or 17–21. In cities and towns, the package is delivered between 17–21, and you receive an SMS with a link to Posten/Bring. You will receive information about the estimated delivery time within a one-hour interval. Can be selected for smaller shipments and packages under 35 kg.

Heavier goods - curbside delivery (climate neutral)
The package is delivered to street level, or as close as a regular delivery van gets. You will be contacted by the carrier to agree a time for delivery when the package is en route. Typically used on larger shipments (volume dm3) and packages over 35 kg.

Download yourself (click and download)
You can pick up at our head office in Bergen. The shipping option is free, but it may take longer since the order is sent together with the store's own deliveries to the warehouse. If the item is already in stock in Bergen, it will be ready for collection within 24 hours on all weekdays. It is not possible to collect on Saturday / Sunday. You will be contacted when the item is ready for collection.

Directly from the factory
For fast and cost-effective delivery, some items will be sent directly from the manufacturer / factory to you. The shipment uses the supplier's logistics systems, and tracking may in some cases be missing.
